May 8th through the 10th we hosted our 3rd Annual Leadership and Awards Conference, the I-CARE Summit. The week was filled with training and development opportunities as well as time to meet counterparts from other locations and share ideas. The climax of the conference was our red carpet Awards Banquet held the evening of Friday May 10th. The attendees came dressed to impress, and we gave out 20 awards to well deserving winners across the company.
