Throughout his career, he has built a proven track record of advancing revenue diversification across diverse business verticals by cultivating meaningful B2B, B2G, and B2E relationships.
Passionate about strategic planning and operational transformation, Jay focuses on spearheading initiatives that enhance efficiency, optimize organizational performance, and expand workforce training pathways. He is a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), an active member of both the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida.
