Tulsa Welding School and The Refrigeration School’s Employer Guarantee program makes hiring and keeping skilled workers easier. When you hire TWS or RSI graduates, our instructors will be standing by to make sure you have skilled professionals working for you.

We are very proud of our trade programs, and the work of our graduates. As an employer, if you hire one of our graduates, we stand behind our program by offering the Employer Guarantee wherein we will retrain and reassess any graduate who needs support on skills learned within our program. This effort demonstrates our commitment to our graduates, our belief in our program, and our desire to support and serve employers who hire our highly competitive learners. This allows us to guarantee the skill level of our graduates and give employers certainty in their hiring decisions.

 

How it Works

 

  • TWS and RSI Graduates

    We take our role in preparing students for the workforce very seriously and stand behind our curriculum, assessments, and quality of education. If you employ a recent graduate of TWS or RSI that needs additional training and support in an entry-level execution of a skill that was learned and assessed in his/ her program, TWS and RSI will retrain and reassess that graduate on the missing skill at no charge to the employer.

    The graduate must be within a year of graduation and currently employed full-time in the field of study for your organization. Notification of the skill deficiency should take place in writing to the Campus President within the graduate’s first quarter (three months) of employment with your company.

  • Training Completer

    Similarly, TWS and RSI stand by their B2B training designs, delivery, and assessments as well. As such, if your organization hired TWS/RSI to train your employees on a skill (or skills) and you have an employee that successfully completed the training that needs additional training and support with a covered skill, the employee can repeat that training with TWS/RSI the next time it is offered at your organization at no cost.

AWS Accredited Test Facility Certification

Do your welders need testing? Tulsa Welding School’s campus in Jacksonville, Florida, is an Accredited Test Facility (ATF). We offer a variety of American Welding Society (AWS) certifications.*
